We handle procurement, treatment specification, and setting. Wood poles are ideal for ranges up to approximately 250 to 275 yards where height requirements stay within the 60-foot envelope.
Steel staged poles reach heights up to 180 feet. These are the right call for long ranges, high-wind environments, and facilities that need containment well above what wood can achieve. Staged steel systems require more detailed engineering review and longer lead time on fabrication, but they deliver a structure built to stand for decades.
Both systems are wind-load engineered to your specific site. We account for soil bearing capacity, wind load, and local code requirements.

Our optional patented Breakaway Netting System is worth considering for any installation where storm loading or extreme conditions could otherwise damage the pole structure. Panels release under excess load and reattach without tearing, protecting poles and cables.

Send dimensions, photos, a site plan if available, and a description of the containment goal. Remote estimating from photos and plans is valid for most projects. A site visit isn't always required at the quote stage.

Pole design, cable sizing, foundation specs, and wind-load documentation are finalized. Facilities requiring stamped drawings for permitting receive those as part of this deliverable.
2 to 4 weeks
Standard knotless netting and galvanized cable are typically in the shorter range. Custom mesh specifications or specialty pole fabrication push toward the longer end.
3 to 7 days
Most projects install in 3 to 7 days. Larger projects can take 2 weeks or more, and we set that schedule with you up front. We phase work around your operating schedule so you stay open where you can.

A note on permitting
The owner or general contractor submits the permit application. We provide stamped engineering drawings to support that application. We don't handle permitting on behalf of owners, but we give you everything you need to move it through.
Turnkey scope typically covers site survey, wind-load engineering, pole layout (wood or steel), cable and hardware, knotless or twisted netting panels, divider netting if needed, crew mobilization, and final walkthrough. Optional breakaway panels can protect poles during extreme wind events.
Most golf installs take 3 to 7 days from crew arrival. Larger projects, like big steel-staged systems, can take 2 weeks or more, depending on soil, access, and weather.
