Why Gorilla Netting for Your Driving Range

Engineered for your site.

Every system is wind-load engineered for your facility's location, soil, and surroundings — from 60' wood poles to 180' staged steel poles, partial or full-range designs.

Installed by our own crews.

We self-perform all netting work. Crews mobilize nationwide with boom lifts, tensioning equipment, and pole-setting gear. A standard range (300 yds × 200 yds, 60' netting) typically completes in 14 days from crew arrival.

Built to protect.

UV-resistant, commercial-grade netting contains errant balls, protects neighbors and patrons, and reduces your liability exposure. Optional patented breakaway panels release safely under extreme load to protect poles and cables.

Backed for 5 years.

Every installation carries a full 5-year warranty covering materials and labor.

Built Gorilla Strong.®

We take pride in our work and only use the best materials for our netting systems. Our innovative designs and durable installations are second to none, ensuring that your driving range netting system stands the test of time. Our team works efficiently and safely to install your system, and all installations are covered by a full warranty.

Hiring a Driving Range Netting Contractor — What to Expect

There's a meaningful difference between a contractor and a supplier who ships mesh. We are a contractor. Our crews mobilize boom lifts, tensioning equipment, and pole-setting gear to your site. We don't drop pallets at the gate and leave the installation to your grounds crew.

What the quoting process looks like.We don't always need a site visit before putting a number together. Submit your range dimensions, a site plan or aerial photo, and your containment goal — along with any photos of existing structures if this is a re-net or expansion project. We can produce a detailed scope and pricing from that package. Remote estimating is standard practice for facilities across the country. If a site visit is needed to resolve a specific constraint, we'll tell you.

Questions to ask any contractor before you sign a contract:

  • Do you subcontract netting installation, or is this your own crew? (Outside netting crews split accountability. We self-perform all netting work with our own crews.)
  • What does your warranty cover — materials only, or materials and labor? (Ours covers both, for 5 years.)
  • Can you provide stamped engineering drawings for permit applications? (We can. Always.)
  • What is your crew's experience with pole setting at height? (Our pole-setting crews have 20+ years of experience. This is not a side service.)
  • Have you completed driving range projects at this scale before? (Ask for references. We'll provide them.)

What the project timeline looks like. From quote acceptance to installation complete, plan for 6 to 10 weeks on a standard driving range build. That includes engineering review, material lead time, and crew scheduling. Large-scale or custom projects may run longer.

Driving Range Netting FAQ

What does a driving range netting installation include?

Turnkey scope typically covers site survey, wind-load engineering, pole layout (wood or steel), cable and hardware, knotless or twisted netting panels, divider netting if needed, crew mobilization, and final walkthrough. Optional breakaway panels can protect poles during extreme wind events.

How long does driving range netting installation take?

A standard range—roughly 300 yards long by 200 yards wide with 60-foot poles—often completes in about 14 days from crew arrival, depending on soil, access, and weather. Larger steel-staged systems or partial-range retrofits may take longer after engineering review.

Do you install driving range netting nationwide?

Yes. Gorilla Netting is a US-based specialty contractor headquartered in Florida with field operations in Kentucky. Our crews mobilize to turnkey install sites across the United States and internationally — location is not a barrier.

How can I get pricing for driving range netting?

Share range dimensions, target heights, pole preference, and photos of the site. Request a project quote at gorillanetting.com/get-quote or call 1-800-274-1079. Pricing is scope-based after we review site layout, heights, materials, and access—not a flat per-foot rate.
