This Privacy Policy describes how Gorilla Netting LLC ("Gorilla Netting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit https://www.gorillanetting.com (the "Site"), contact us, request a quote, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our services business.

DBAs. Gorilla Netting LLC does business under the trade names Gorilla Communications, Gorilla Pole Setters, and Gorilla Sports Lighting. This Policy applies to personal information processed by Gorilla Netting LLC under those names as well.

Separate shop entity. Product sales on shop.gorillanetting.com are operated by Gorilla Netting & Equipment LLC, a separate company. That shop has its own privacy policy. This Policy covers Gorilla Netting LLC's services Site and related business communications—not ecommerce checkout on the shop.

• Employment or job-applicant data (handled under separate notices, if any);

4.5 CPRA "sell" / "share" and advertising

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, "sale" and "share" can include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands.

Categories collected (last 12 months — typical for our business): identifiers; commercial/project information you provide; internet/electronic activity on the Site; approximate geolocation (IP-derived); professional/employment-related information if you provide a job title/company. We do not collect biometric or consumer credit information via the Site.

10.2 Other U.S. state privacy laws (summary)
