AfterPasadena Yacht & Country Club in Gulfport, Florida brought in Gorilla Netting to install a new driving range netting system: 1,702.5 ft of knotless polyester netting on wood poles, 40 to 60 ft high.
The challenge
What the range was up against
The club needed range netting that keeps players safe and still fits the look of the course. That meant netting durable and weather resistant enough for the Gulf Coast, an installation suited to the site's terrain, and a barrier that leaves views and airflow open for golfers.
What we built
The system we designed and installed
Gorilla Netting set a new line of wood poles around the range and hung knotless polyester netting across them, running 1,702.5 ft in total.
The first three poles on the sides of the system stand 40 ft, and the rest of the system is 60 ft high.
