Lakeland Christian School in Lakeland, Florida needed its football netting system replaced. Gorilla Netting hung two new custom-built runs, 80 ft long by 40 ft high and 50 ft long by 40 ft high, on the school's existing poles.

Field goals and extra points send balls flying past the end zone, so the netting behind the goal posts has to stand up to game play while keeping the field in clear view.

The school also had to balance its budget against the quality and safety standards it wanted, and find a contractor with a proven record in sports netting installation.

What we built

The system we designed and installed

Gorilla Netting replaced the school's existing football netting system behind the goal posts, reusing its existing poles to hang two new runs: one 80 ft long by 40 ft high and one 50 ft long by 40 ft high.

The system uses twisted knotted nylon netting secured with powerline and utility-grade hardware, and every netting panel was custom built to fit the installation.
