AfterMcGrath Real Estate Partners asked Gorilla Netting to build a custom sports barrier netting system for The Lyndon at Springtown, its apartment complex near Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The goal was a space where residents could play sports without disturbing their neighbors.
The challenge
What the courtyard was up against
The netting had to keep ball play inside a designated area while still looking good and fitting the existing look of the apartment complex.
It also had to be durable enough for an active sports area, and the install had to be efficient and cause as little disruption as possible for residents and the surrounding community.

The system we designed and installed
Gorilla Netting designed and installed a custom barrier system of two 40 ft long by 12 ft high netting sections in #36 4" treated knotted nylon.
The netting is secured with utility-grade hardware and wire rope, and the system carries a full coverage 5-year warranty on materials, labor, and equipment.
