* Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Any return that is not due to error or defect will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be mailed within 14 days of the delivery date, or the request will be refused. Exchanged items are subject to a 40% restocking fee and any product price difference, if applicable.

* All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned and exchanged.

* Please inspect all orders promptly upon delivery. If you have received the incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date for a return label and a replacement or a refund.

* To proceed with a return, please mail the item back with reference to your order number to the address on your shipping label.

• Place the original receipt inside the return box.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within one (1) business day of order placement will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after one (1) business day and before your order ships are subject to a 30% restocking fee and will receive a 70% refund. Cancellation attempts made after your order ships will not receive a refund and must be returned (See above “Returns, Exchanges & Replacements” policy).
