Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University approached Gorilla Netting in 2020. This remarkable university specializes in aviation, aerospace, and other related industries with campuses in Daytona Beach, Florida & Prescott, Arizona. Gorilla Netting and Embry-Riddle worked hand and hand to create a custom-built Netted Drone Enclosure.
The Netted Drone Enclosure measures 65 feet long, 65 feet wide, and 40 feet high and features our #36 1-3/4” treated knotted nylon netting and staged steel support poles. The students at Embry-Riddle should enjoy flying and maneuvering drone equipment in an enclosed natural environment while keeping their equipment safe.
